Hakkasan, MGM Grand, Las Vegas is one of the largest and most luxurious, nightlife venues in Las Vegas. It was built with state-of-the-art sound and video systems that provide exceptionally high quality, immersive audio, and visuals for over 10,000 guests at any time. Hakkasan wanted to provide their customers with an unforgettable experience by integrating cutting edge audio and visual technology into every element of the venue’s design. That’s where we came in!
Hakkasan’s 80,000 square foot venue over five floors of the MGM Grand Hotel is the benchmark by which all other nightclubs are judged; is truly a sight to behold. From its lavish interiors, state-of-the-art audio system, to its expansive dance floors and awe-inspiring lighting displays. Hakkasan offers an unforgettable experience for both clubgoers looking to party all night and VIPs looking to relax in style.
Audiotek Hakassan Project Scope
For Hakkasan, MGM Grand, Las Vegas we managed the design and installation of the audio, video, and lighting systems. We worked closely with the nightclub’s team to create a unique experience that would set Hakkasan apart from all other clubs on the Vegas Strip. Our goal was to create an immersive environment that would transport guests to another world, one that would keep them dancing all night long.
A distributed Turbosound 24-box Flex Array sound system creates an immersive atmosphere around the main dance floor, with L’Acoustics KARA deployed as near field DJ monitors. The lighting design was completed in-house by us using a custom-built truss in the shape of the famous Hakkasan logo covered in moving lights. We also installed a large videowall across the DJ booth, back wall, and curved into the ceiling of the space using 5mm Absen installation LED.
